Upcoming Email Maintenance - October 6

On the morning of Sunday, October 6th, we will be upgrading our email servers. We anticipate a downtime from approximately 4:00 AM (CST) through 10:00 AM (CST).
During this maintenance window, the SmarterMail platform will be inaccessible and email delivery will be paused. During this time, email will continue to flow to us, but will not be available for download until after the maintenance window. All operations around the platform; including triggering of events and delivery of scheduled emails will resume immediately following the maintenance window. Again, mail will only be paused. All inbound mail will be held during the window. No mail will be lost during this period!
