The Fully Managed Service Plan is designed to proactively maintain servers, desktops, and network devices by delivering regular maintenance, monitoring, and management. All Fully Managed Service Plans reduce the likelihood and impact of an unwanted technology failure for a fixed monthly price. While our Fully Managed Service Plan is a robust solution for enhancing your organization's cybersecurity, it's important to note that the plan does not guarantee compliance and cannot guarantee the prevention of all viruses. However, it significantly reduces risks, offers proactive threat detection, and provides essential tools to bolster your digital security. The Fully Managed Service Plan covers all end-user support / help desk services as well as remediation of identified issues.

Fully Managed Servers and Workstations include the following services:
